This was a couple of comments to an article about cis-gender males getting breast reduction surgery, in the US. It's short, with a reference to the JAMA article it cites.

A 2024 study published in JAMA that analyzed records for more than forty-seven million adults and twenty-three million minors showed that the rates of people undergoing gender-affirming surgery with a transgender/gender-diverse diagnosis was 5.3/100,000 adults, 2.1/100,000 in minors aged 15-17, 0.1/100,000 in minors aged 13-14, and zero in those under 13(see below). Not rounds to zero. Literal zero, as in "did not happen in the entire United States in 2019".
With gender-affirming surgery, that can include breast augmentation in cisgender women, and breast reduction in cisgender males. In 2019, 636 breast reductions were performed on cisgender and transgender/gender-diverse adult males, of which 507 were on cisgender men. That's 129 chest procedures for the entirety of 2019, for the entire transgender adult community. In minors? 151 total procedures for the entire year, of which only nine were in any gender identity other than cisgender male(see citation).
Nine. Nine procedures out of one thousand, six hundred and seventy-three, for the entire year. That's not even enough to fill a big passenger van.

Casey Darrah Yup. That same report (or a similar one) showed that of minors in the US having gender affirming surgery, the vast majority (as in almost ALL) cases was cis-gender biological boys having breast reduction because of gynocomastia...

Got it exactly- it was this one. Of the chest procedures in minors, 142 of 151 were cis males.
