ANS -- brief note

Hi.  Got this from bill Moyers on Facebook.  It's the list of states that weighed in on either side of the issue of suing to disenfranchise the four states.  Notice that Kentucky, Mitch McConnell's state, in not of either list.

"
States have squared off on both sides of Paxton's lawsuit. By Thursday night, 17 other states supported the suit to hand the election to Trump, including Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.
Later, Arizona joined them.
Meanwhile, 23 Democratic-led states and territories, along with the Republican Attorney General of Ohio, Dave Yost, signed a brief on Friday supporting the four states Texas is suing. The District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Guam, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Washington all backed the states whose votes Texas is trying to throw out."
