What do you think of Trump and Melania's snub of the Bidens by leaving beforehand, and without formally welcoming them into the White House?

It was worse than bad manners. Trump sacked the staff members whose job it would have been to welcome the Bidens just as he was leaving the building. Those staff members were obliged to go home immediately - after years of loyal service working in the White House, include serving Trump for the previous 4 years. People losing their jobs just because Trump wanted to make things awkward for Biden. Utterly reprehensible behaviour.

All previous presidents when leaving the White House for the last time in office gather the staff together to say a few warm words thanking them for their service during their time in the White House. They don't expect to be fired like that. I hope that they subsequently got their jobs back.
