ANS -- Wave-Power Turning the Tide in Oregon

Wave-power is coming. I saw this in the Epoch-Times, and the only
online version I found was a PDF, so I am attaching it as a Word
file. It's about Oregon having two projects in the works: one to
harness power from tides and the other to harvest power from waves.
